For mediators
The process is going to be automated. The mediator is not.
Route your cases through GOPOOF. We run the process. You supervise, sign, and get paid.
Apply for a founding seatThe deal, stated plainly
- You bring your cases to GOPOOF and configure each one: the panel, the questioning format, and the kind of outcome.
- GOPOOF runs intake, scheduling, questioning, deliberation, and drafting.
- You review the panel's reasoning, change what needs changing, and sign as the mediator of record.
- The client stays your client. Your name stays on the case.
- In exchange, your caseload runs on GOPOOF, and each case fee is shared.
This is happening with or without any of us
Courts are backlogged
Crowded dockets keep pushing disputes toward mediation and other alternatives. Demand for resolution outside the courtroom is growing, not shrinking.
Clients are price-shopping
People in a dispute compare on speed and cost. A full-day session at an hourly rate is a hard sell against a flat fee and a short timeline.
Parties already use AI
Your clients are already asking AI tools to evaluate their case and draft their positions before they call you. That work is happening with or without a professional in the room.
AI will run the process. It cannot hold the license, the trust, or the accountability. That is you.
Your week, before and after
Today
- Chasing intake forms and conflict checks
- Scheduling and rescheduling full-day sessions
- Reading briefs the night before
- Shuttling between rooms for hours
- Drafting the agreement after everyone is tired
- Invoicing and collections
On GOPOOF
- Open the case and choose the format
- The panel questions both sides on their schedule
- Review the panel's reasoning (designed to take about 45 minutes)
- Edit, sign, and send
- Get paid without sending an invoice
What founding mediators get
Founding revenue share, locked for life
Founding mediators keep 70% of every case fee for as long as they are on the platform. The standard share after the founding cohort closes is 55%.
Inbound case flow
People who come to GOPOOF with a dispute are routed to member mediators by state and practice area. Founding members are first in line.
Many times the capacity
Review is designed to take about 45 minutes per case instead of a full-day session, so one mediator can supervise far more cases.
Zero admin
Intake, scheduling, briefs, drafting, and invoicing are handled by the platform.
Your name on the door
Every case reads "Mediated by [your name], powered by GOPOOF." The client relationship stays yours.
Territory caps
Only 25 founding seats per state. When they are gone, they are gone.
Practice-to-annuity
When you retire, your book of business keeps paying you a trailing share. Your practice becomes an asset instead of ending the day you stop.
Founders' pool
A slice of platform revenue is set aside and split among the founding cohort. It is structured as a bonus, not as equity.
Final terms are set out in the founding mediator agreement, which you review before you commit to anything.
The questions you should be asking
What am I giving up?
Control of the process mechanics, and a share of each fee. Your cases run on GOPOOF rather than in your own conference room. You keep the client, the credential, the final say on every outcome, and your name on the work.
Who is responsible for the outcome?
You are the mediator of record, which is why nothing is final without your review and signature. The panel drafts; you decide. Talk to your professional liability carrier about how this fits your coverage before you run real cases.
What if the panel gets it wrong?
Then you change it. The panel's reasoning, its points of agreement, and any dissent are laid out for you. You can edit it, send it back, or set it aside.
Does the AI replace my judgment?
No. It replaces the hours. The questioning, the note-taking, and the first draft are done for you. The judgment call at the end is still yours, and it is the part clients are paying for.
Can I leave?
Yes. The founding agreement spells out how you exit and what happens to cases in progress. Read it before you sign.
Is this live yet?
No. GOPOOF is pre-launch. Applying puts you in the founding cohort review. It does not commit you to anything.
Founding seats in your state
In five years there are two kinds of mediators: those supervising forty cases a month, and those competing with them on price.
